Our facilities include 7 sets of specialized BMC production equipment and a versatile range of 16 different tonnage molding machines, enabling the efficient manufacture of diverse insulator designs, from compact stand-offs to larger, more complex geometries. Our controlled BMC compounding process ensures the homogenous dispersion of reinforcements (like fiberglass) and additives within the polyester resin matrix, critical for achieving uniform electrical and mechanical properties, including fire resistance and track resistance.
