This SMC is specifically formulated by Kaerda to deliver outstanding long-term durability, robust anti-erosion, and exceptional anti-aging properties, ensuring a service life that can exceed 30 years in demanding outdoor environments. Our advanced, in-house SMC production lines guarantee material consistency and quality from the very start. This is followed by precision molding using our diverse range of tonnage presses, which results in cabinets with uniform thickness, superior mechanical strength (Burden value: EXTERIOR>980N; GEMEL>200N), and precise dimensional accuracy critical for telecommunications infrastructure.

The protective integrity and operational reliability of our cabinets are paramount in their design and construction. Kaerda’s SMC material itself provides a strong foundation, and we enhance this with thoughtful engineering. Our cabinet designs often incorporate features like inner and outer convection passages to mitigate vapor coagulation, and utilize robust rabbet-joint structures complemented by auxiliary air-proof components on door assemblies. Security is further bolstered by features such as secure three-point orientation lock systems on the frame and door, providing safe and reliable housing for sensitive fiber optic and cable connections.
