Our facilities are equipped with 5 advanced SMC sheet production lines and a versatile fleet of 16 different tonnage molding machines, including large-capacity presses (e.g., 2500T). This substantial infrastructure enables the high-volume production of various meter box sizes and designs with exceptional efficiency. The compression molding process for SMC is inherently highly efficient, often a one-step process even for complex shapes, which contrasts with the multi-step fabrication typically required for sheet metal. This technological advantage, combined with SMC's excellent moldability, allows for the creation of diverse shapes and integrated structural features, leading to a very low overall cost for a highly durable and reliable meter box solution.
